  • I enjoy learning new things but also being able to apply these thing practically

  • Assignments are clearly structured and laid out and my tutor is always there to provide support when needed

  • Both my line manager and my mentor have been extremely helpful and have always helped me whenever I have asked

  • I now have more of an understanding of how things work with in the library and why they are done in a particular way

  • These kinds of activities are run regularly within the library, there is also a daily team crossword.
