ICT support for students & staff at the University
Yes, excellent network and hardware troubleshooting skills.
The programme provided excellent tuition but the experience was marred by poor mentor support.
Very well structured in terms of the syllabus. Poor oversight of mentoring process.
Significant support in terms of work shadowing and study time.
A mixed picture, initially portfolio support was lacking but this was addressed towards the end of the course.
The qualification has given me a valuable overview of ICT support.
