Driver manifests, Purchase Orders, Uniform, Engagement, stock keeping, stationery, emails, internal and external communication, IT skills.
Communication and confidence. Data handling. IT skills. Budgeting. Time keeping.
I like the idea of learning and working. The programme is good.
Bit of an issue at the start with getting registered (college). The work side is better organised.
Receive great support from employer, especially colleagues in the office.
Great support from training provider and especially the trainer.
Gives a baseline understanding, where the work gives you the deeper knowledge to do it in the role.
Not any constantly running one. I attended the Yearly Gala this year which was a good experience.

Already have done previously. Does great work in the community, and you get opportunities to develop skills.
Research what the company is about and look at its goals. Be prepared to work at a quicker pace. Work on communication skills.
