As a post-sale apprentice, we help post-sale leads by completing dashboards, export invoices, dimensions and assisting clients with post-sale queries over the phone. We also work with Carrier collections by raising invoices, emailing shippers their collection slots and updating a spreadsheet every morning.
Yes, I’ve developed my team working, organisational and time management skills whilst learning new skills such as taking initiative, problem solving and innovation.
I enjoy this apprenticeship, studying for my Business Administration qualification whilst working has helped me stay organised and managed my time, and the studying criteria is very interesting and links in with my work.
Very organised as I have a presentation and mock to do before my catchup with my coach once a month as I showcase my understanding to them about the month’s business topic. Also, I have a couple of workbooks to complete before my by-weekly interactive workshop.
I receive immense support as the company is very supportive with my tasks and checks in to see how I’m handling managing work and studying. They always make themselves available should I need their assistance.
Helps me to understand more about the business and company as a whole, not just my role. Furthermore, how other businesses work too.
Loads of social events, tea talks, and a few professional networking events to get involved in and meet new people.
