Yes, I have learned a lot after working here for a few months as this is my first experience with an office job i have learned alot about the business and the professional world.
I am enjoying this program very much as i have a lovely supportive team to help me whenever i need it and im given all the time i would need to keep up with any apprenticeship work im given.
Extremely well, i am given one whole day every week dedicated just to apprenticeship work so it makes it a lot easier to keep up with the work load.
As much support as i need
If i have any worries or questions about the course im on i can email my designated coach and they will respond to me and help me in any way they can.
My qualification does not have much crossover with my job role but in the areas it does cross over it makes it easier to understand what I'm doing in my job role and why it is being done.
There are plenty of social events to attend that everyone is invited to which allows the opportunity to network and the opportunity to get to know people you wouldn't normally see on a day-to-day basis
Yes
Very lovely business to work for with lots of opportunity for responsibility, progression and learning within the business and lots of benefits to come with it.
Before applying try to learn a little about the business just to get to know some of its interesting history, and read about what the different departments in the business do to keep the business running day-to-day.
