My role includes filling the shelves with stock, serving customers at the till and facing up the store as well as doing things like opening and closing the store and cashing up as a supervisor.
I have learnt how to cash up the tills and improve my skills in customer service whilst trying to sell fragrances as well as learning how to run the shop.
I enjoy the apprenticeship as I am leaning new skills I can use later on through my career.
It is very well structured
