  • As tthe finance business partner for a business unit of TP, my roe involves managing the accounting process and principles alongside acting as the link between finance and the wider business.

  • My programming skills have increased considerably... Though the biggest skill tthat I believe I have developed is how to work collaboratively in a professional environment utilising devops principles, and creating work that will last past me.

  • The programme is good it builds upon my current work and compliments my goals. I am impressed with multtiverse and how the programme is managed.

  • The structure of my programme allows a lot of flexibility. It offers opportunity for me to come up with my own ideas and develop my skills in a way that I see most fit. While providing support on the matter a long the way.

  • My employer caters towards my needs however I believe there could be a more structured approach to the skills that I am developing.

  • Not a lot, My training provider offers some support however I find that I am not able to utilise it to its full capacity.

  • Considerably while I have always had programming and automation skills, my programme has allowed me tto utilise this in a professional environment while collaborating effectively.

  • there is an AI series on how to utilise it better in the workplace. However other tthan that not really

  • TP has been more supportive than any employer that I have previously had, I have been incrediby fortunate in having managers who are supportive and willing to help me develop my skills. I would suggest anybody looking for a long happy career with work life balance seek a role in TP

  • You get out what you put in, TP can be a wonderful place to work and its made that way by the people. Become one of the people you want to work with.
