As tthe finance business partner for a business unit of TP, my roe involves managing the accounting process and principles alongside acting as the link between finance and the wider business.
My programming skills have increased considerably... Though the biggest skill tthat I believe I have developed is how to work collaboratively in a professional environment utilising devops principles, and creating work that will last past me.
The programme is good it builds upon my current work and compliments my goals. I am impressed with multtiverse and how the programme is managed.
The structure of my programme allows a lot of flexibility. It offers opportunity for me to come up with my own ideas and develop my skills in a way that I see most fit. While providing support on the matter a long the way.
My employer caters towards my needs however I believe there could be a more structured approach to the skills that I am developing.
Not a lot, My training provider offers some support however I find that I am not able to utilise it to its full capacity.
Considerably while I have always had programming and automation skills, my programme has allowed me tto utilise this in a professional environment while collaborating effectively.
there is an AI series on how to utilise it better in the workplace. However other tthan that not really
Yes
TP has been more supportive than any employer that I have previously had, I have been incrediby fortunate in having managers who are supportive and willing to help me develop my skills. I would suggest anybody looking for a long happy career with work life balance seek a role in TP
You get out what you put in, TP can be a wonderful place to work and its made that way by the people. Become one of the people you want to work with.
