In my day-to-day role, I contribute to team success by: Facilitating effective communication: I streamline event logistics through proactive communication and coordination with team members. Driving data-driven decisions: I analyse key social data to extract actionable insights, empowering the marketing team to make informed and strategic choices.
I've consistently sought opportunities to enhance my soft skills through networking and collaborative endeavors. This has led to notable growth in my teamwork, storytelling, communication, and analytical abilities.
I would highly recommend an apprenticeship, I wasn't sure I wanted to go down the University pathway and I am glad I didn't. I have been welcomed and taught so many vital skills in the working world but I have also had the opportunity to grow personally and become a more confident individual.
My programme is very well organised. The Multiverse team are extremely helpful, we have calls every month for teaching and getting ready for our EPA. On top of this we also get unwavering support on all projects and apprenticeship related matters.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. We have a careers team that look after all of the employee's, I have also received unbelievable support from my line managers and my team's.
I receive a plethora of support from my training provider. They have a coach for each group of apprentices who you can go to for anything, we have a teacher, we have lots of events that cover an array of topics, there are support lines that help with any issue you may be having.
I feel as though my qualification helps me to perform better in my job role as the topics that we cover link closely to my job at Unilever. They also give you opportunities to tailor questions in your projects to your role and will help you to do so.
There are lots of different activities that we can get involved in. For example we recently had a Dove day where employees could go to schools and help convey the body positive mindset. We also have lots of groups such as unity that focus on ensuring equality in the work space.
Yes
The company is so inclusive and hires amazing people. I have always felt supported in my short time there. We often have many events which allow for networking opportunities and chances to further your skills.
Be confident and yourself when going through the interview process. I would also recommend learning a lot about the company and what values you have that align with Unilever's.
