  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

  • 9a. Would you recommend RSM to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The work environment at RSM is the best I have experienced. We have the same recourses and clients as the big 4 firms, but without the stress and pressure of working in these firms. We all work together as a team, and are always there for each other. We enjoy spending time with each other outside of work and i think the team spirit at RSM is what makes it special.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSM?
  • Be yourself. Personality is the most important thing when applying. We are not looking for the smartest or the best. We are looking for people who are willing to learn and be part of a team.
