I have been able to develop lots of my existing skills such as communication, planning and time management, by putting them into practice in real world scenarios. I have also been able to learn a range of new skills, such as excel skills, accounting knowledge and skills, prioritisation and delegation etc.
Thoroughly enjoy the programme, and believe that it was definitely the best choice for me over going to University! I have been able to get an extra 3 years experience, have no student debt and have been earning a good salary in the mean it. The work environment is very supportive and everyone wants to help you to succeed, and the training courses are very good at teaching everything that you need to know to perform well in your job and pass all exams.
Mostly well structured, with clear line managers for any personal issues and then teams are clearly set out on jobs, so you always know who to go to for any assistance if you need it.
Lots of support - we are offered regular internal training programmes to help develop our personal skills, business skills, and given opportunities to help our career develop. Study courses are thorough and time off is given for revision etc. to allow you time to be well prepared for exams. We always know who to contact if we have any personal issues, which the team are supportive of you doing.
Plenty of support - tutors are always willing to go the extra mile, and there are on hand services where you can contact tutors between courses if you need any help or guidance.
100%. The training courses give you better knowledge about things that come up in your role, as well as working can help you understand things better that come up in your studies. It is extremely helpful to be able to put things into context and gives you a much better understanding.
