  • I thoroughly enjoy my program, as it offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development within the firm. There are numerous study and training opportunities available. I also get to travel and actively contribute to adding value to clients’ businesses. The support is always abundant.

  • I work every day of the week, and the firm provides designated study and training blocks to help us acquire new skills and advance our professional qualifications. My development path is clear, and there is ample support to foster growth within the firm.

  • There is always support available in our people-centric firm. We thrive on asking questions and are never afraid to reach out when we need assistance.

  • We receive comprehensive training materials and revision tools to help us pass our exams on the first attempt. We also benefit from in-person college days and virtual study sessions. Additionally, we have a large apprentice cohort, which allows us to collaborate and study together.

  • I can see how my qualification applies to practical settings, which allows me to perform better in my role.

  • I am part of the faith network and actively participate in various early career initiatives to promote our apprenticeship programs. Additionally, I attend networking events throughout the year.
