Year end accounts preparation for different firms both audited and unaudited. IXBRL tagging sets of accounts, general accounting advice for clients
Communication, ownership, computer skills such as excel, learnt about different accounting systems
Not to a huge extent, can be very repetitive tasks, not much variety, socially not great
It is well structured and organised, clear stages of when study time is allocated and expected to sit exams
Good support, regular catch ups, time off needed for study
Good support, videos and documents to help with revising, face to face or virtual lessons
Helps with accounting and tax knowledge which is applied in day to day work
Not much to get involved in

Not a stimulating environment to work in, can be very mundane and repetitive tasks, socially not a great place to work
Take all the help on offer that RSM gives, be as positive and outgoing as possible
