i help customers every day, i work tills as well as many jobs around the shop as well. i also complete coursework and restocking ect
i have built up more confidence in myself and with talking to people
i enjoy the job itself and most of my colleagues but have had a few issues that are ongoing
very well coursework wise. i would say there could be improvements on training and feedback in store
my manager give me support. my mentor gives me support as well as other colleagues however i lack support from my assistant manager
loads of support, very good
she gives me good feedback, she's very clear and doesn't confuse me. lots of support from my mentor and helps me when i struggle with tasks

Yes
if they did shorter hours, as my friends wouldn't want to go full time at the moment. however i would recommend a different store but they would enjoy the job
learn the products and the where abouts of them. it comes in handy when helping customers
