Managing and leading a team of 12 operators and technicians to operate pharmaceutical packing lines. This involved practical problem solving, stakeholder management, people management and process improvement.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AstraZeneca?

Understand what the company is about and why we do what we do. Have an open-minded approach to innovation and the art of the possible. Don't be afraid of change.
