On a day to day basis, my job involves ensuring that we can provide our products to our customers in the capacity that they want and assessing risks to this.
I have learnt many new skills since starting. I have significantly improved my communication and personal skills but also learnt a lot more job-specific skills like how to use certain technologies that were new to me and job specific as well as risk management and many others
I have enjoyed my programme a lot so far and enjoy the ability to learn whilst i earn and develop a whole range of skills that will be important in my future career.
My programme is very well structured allowing me with time every week for my studies and structured so i am able to put my full attention on to either studying or my job at different points but is also very flexible in adapting to meet my needs
My employer is very supportive and ensures that I can maintain the balance and ensure I'm gaining all my skills that are needed in the apprenticeship
The training provider is very supportive and ensures on check ups so that i am balancing both well and ensuring i can keep up with my responsibilities in every angle.
It has allowed me a bit of further insight into what i am doing and allows me to visualise all the skills that it is helping me to gain and makes me feel like i can do/understand my role in the company better and therefore achieve more
There are many opportunities to partake in extra-curricular activities such as sports, networking and social events that everyone gets many opportunities to join in with
Yes
It is a great place to work, and progression of your skills in the apprenticeship is valued highly and there are many opportunities to do that.
