Business Consultant - I work with clients on a daily basis finding out what their wants and needs are to improve their business. I then work with a team of senior/junior Business Analysts, Service Designers, Product Owners, Developers etc to implement this change

The Chartered Business Management Degree Apprenticeship is really helping improve my skills on the job - really enjoyable experience with great tutors and support
Brilliantly organised and structured - constantly reminded of each module - assignments every few months with plenty of time and support from tutors
Lots - My employer is used to everyone partaking in the degree apprenticeship so we have set days where we can work on our assignments and join calls

Most of the modules in this degree are relative to my day to day job role - and helping me with skills I may not have used yet but will be in the near future

IBM is a great company to work for. There are so many growth opportunities and career pathways you can take depending on interests. I also receive extensive support from peers and managers
Be passionate about the job and client results focused. IBM has a fabulous and supportive community, not even just for client/project work but also for internal skills building
