  • Business Consultant - I work with clients on a daily basis finding out what their wants and needs are to improve their business. I then work with a team of senior/junior Business Analysts, Service Designers, Product Owners, Developers etc to implement this change

  • The Chartered Business Management Degree Apprenticeship is really helping improve my skills on the job - really enjoyable experience with great tutors and support

  • Brilliantly organised and structured - constantly reminded of each module - assignments every few months with plenty of time and support from tutors

  • Lots - My employer is used to everyone partaking in the degree apprenticeship so we have set days where we can work on our assignments and join calls

  • Lots of support

  • Most of the modules in this degree are relative to my day to day job role - and helping me with skills I may not have used yet but will be in the near future

  • Many professional networking events, including role specific or just networking in general for different communities

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • IBM is a great company to work for. There are so many growth opportunities and career pathways you can take depending on interests. I also receive extensive support from peers and managers


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • Be passionate about the job and client results focused. IBM has a fabulous and supportive community, not even just for client/project work but also for internal skills building
