Overall a great experience when starting out one's career, a lot of learning opportunities.
Could be better structured but by being proactive, all the program requirements can be satisfied.
There is a strong support network within the apprentice community and foundation.

It depends on the modules. Overall it has helped me push to gain different experiences through the workplace.

Evaluate what skills you have gained through other experience (extra-curricular activities, school projects, etc.). Research some key project IBM has been involved with, reach out to current apprentices.
