  • Very, vast experience with apprentices from the organisation attending the course and many lines of escalation/help if needed.

  • Lots - direct line management but also through a Foundation Manager who focuses more on pastoral care and focuses on your early career.

  • Lots - they want you to do very well, they support you at every hurdle and ensure you have all the resources in place to succeed.

  • Very good, direct implementations and looser connections too which can be tailored to role.
