Worked as a retail team leader/supervisor. This involved supporting the management team as well as running the store on certain days, delaging tasks to the team, monitoring team and store performance.
Ive have learnt a lot in terms of management experince, I had few skills before hand in terms of that.
I enjoyed learning on the job as well as having separate study time off the shop floor.
Well structured and clear what each step is. Work load spread evenly and well balanced.
