    • Worked as a retail team leader/supervisor. This involved supporting the management team as well as running the store on certain days, delaging tasks to the team, monitoring team and store performance.

    • Ive have learnt a lot in terms of management experince, I had few skills before hand in terms of that.

    • I enjoyed learning on the job as well as having separate study time off the shop floor.

    • Well structured and clear what each step is. Work load spread evenly and well balanced.

    • I received lots of support from team, managers and my apprentice tutor

    • Lots of support. Thry hosted virtual workshops to help apprentices understand the work
