My role involves replying to reports that have been received by customers, raising incidents they have reported and formulating updates and replies for requests and queries.
I have developed both new and existing skills by taking part in my apprenticeship. It has helped me identify all aspects of customer service and how to provide the best service to customers.
My program is quite enjoyable as I get to learn new things everyday.
My programme is very well organised and structured, my tutor provides me with a clear schedule and education plan which helps me develop accordingly.
My employer supports me very well, we have monthly catch ups to ensure everything is going well and to identify any points that needs improvement or anything I need support with.
My training provider is very supportive, they are available at any time I have a query or need assistance and support.

JCDecaux is a very welcoming community, providing support and adjustments where necessary. JCDecaux ensure that One team events are planned to bring us all together so we can grow as a business and as team. They have provided a very good work/home life balance and care about their staff.
As a fairly new starter, don't be afraid to speak to people and get to know everyone, ask questions if needed.
