Yes
Has aided my personal development as well as career development. An enjoyable place to work and it isn't as strenuous as people describe, nobody expects an apprentice to be able to help do everything, you are taught to one day be able to.
Be honest and authentically yourself as it is harder to make a good impression and make new friends when you are trying to carry a persona that isn't yours.
