Describe your role in one sentence. The use of data and analysis to drive profitable change and informed decision making across Commercial Packages Products.

What do you enjoy most about your job? Getting stuck into numbers to observe where we can make changes to optimise our profitability and growth.

What would you say has been the most interesting/rewarding project you have been involved in and why? The most interesting project for me has been my current work around the renewal algorithm, it is taking quite a simple concept and applying it to improve the sophistication of the current incumbent. It has given me the opportunity to work with and learn new software and analysis tools which I haven't used yet, so has been challenging yet rewarding.

What's your passion outside of work? I love to travel, I have been fortunate to go abroad three times this year and have big trips booked to Thailand and the USA next year!

What's one thing that motivates you? Success

How would someone be successful at DLG? It is all about communication, so long as you know what people are looking to achieve you can be a part in delivering those ambitions alongside your own.

When do you have the most fun at work? There are various bits and pieces that go on to keep you on your toes, back in October we had a few spooky costumes in the office.

As an apprentice what has surprised you most about working at DLG and in the insurance industry? For me DLG's focus on their staff and wellbeing allowing employees to maintain a good work/life balance
