How would you describe the culture at DLA Piper?

The culture at DLA Piper is energetic and vibrant which makes the office feel alive. Everyone is helpful and supportive, with a focus on success and personal development. Colleagues frequently offer tips and tricks to help me grow, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. From the very start, I've been involved in significant client matters, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. 

The firm values professional development and offers numerous opportunities for training and mentoring. This dedication to growth is laying the groundwork for a long and rewarding career, helping me to build a solid foundation and reach my full potential in the legal sector.

Is there anything you would like to highlight about your experiences at DLA Piper?

My experience at DLA Piper so far has been enjoyable, diverse and fulfilling. No two days are the same, and even as an apprentice, I lead and participate in various activities across the firm, such as leading the sports committee football team. 

I've been given important duties, including engaging with external parties and communicating with colleagues at all levels, from trainees to senior partners. The firm provides exposure and involvement from the very beginning, which has improved my professional skills and confidence.
