Experience at LSM?

My experience so far at Liberty has been fantastic. From the people to the learning experiences, to feeling valued, I could not have asked for a better place to be. Having 6-month rotations across 2 years gives you the opportunity to experience the business from so many different perspectives has been a great help towards my development. This was one of the main drivers on why I chose Liberty.

There is never a typical day at Liberty, everyday there is a new task or objective to work towards which keeps it exciting and gives you drive to work hard.

Short advice for applicants?

Some advice I would give to those that are applying for the school leaver programme is keep confident, ensure you are best prepared for your interviews and finally just give it your best shot, who knows, you might surprise yourself!
