The apprenticeship has been a great means for learning, growth and self-discovery. It has helped me gain more knowledge and apply principles at work, for example knowing people's working styles and delegating jobs according to their skills and styles. It has taught me to stay firm in my decision's, to treat everyone with respect and dignity, and follow procedures properly to ensure we are within trading law regulations.
With the guidance of a great tutor and the support of my managers, I have learnt to plan, delegate and most importantly to run a successful shift on my own.
