Digital Apprentice

I started as an Apprentice in 2017 and have gone on to do an internship at MTV Music and then advance to a full time Assistant Multi-platform Producer role. Working as an Apprentice really helped me get a feel of what working in media was like and I knew it was something I wanted to keep doing!

It was during my apprenticeship that I first started producing, interviewing and working on MTV socials, all of which I do in my role now, I’ve carried the skills I learned in my first role all throughout! Uni isn’t a must for everyone and there are so many amazing apprenticeship opportunities out there!’

Working at ViacomCBS has given me such crazy and fun opportunities from interviewing talent like Chris Pratt to going to LA for Pride, to watching Naomi Campbell walk a runway at London Fashion Week. My favourite moment so far has been interviewing Phoebe Bridgers, who I am a HUGE fan of, that moment for me was so surreal!

The team are so fun and creative and being on the Emerge committee (ViacomCBS’s LGBTQ+ group) has allowed me to bring my whole self to work in ways I never thought I would. I love it here!
