DWF offer exciting apprenticeship opportunities as an alternative to university for those looking to start their legal career as a Solicitor apprentice. You will have a supportive supervisor and a network of apprentices and trainee solicitors around you to help you along the way as you study towards a recognised law degree. You will also have the support of the Early Careers team, who will check in and assist you throughout the apprenticeship.
To help start your apprenticeship in the best way possible, we work with renowned training providers and cover the training costs involved. We also pay a competitive salary whilst you gain valuable on the job experience and work towards your qualification.
By the time you qualify, you will have six years of work experience which will allow you to put the theory into practice while you learn. Once you have passed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) 1 & 2, you will apply for Newly Qualified Solicitor roles within the business, where we hope to retain you for a long and successful career.
