About Allen & Overy
Legal apprenticeships offer an alternative route into the legal profession and are key to law firms like A&O being open and accessible.
All of your tuition fees will be paid and you will earn a salary whilst you are training.
Four days a week will be spent working in our practice groups and one day will be allocated to study with BBP University. In addition to time in A&O’s legal practice groups, apprentices will also have the opportunity to work in Fuse, the firm’s tech innovation hub, and the Markets Innovation Group, Legal Tech, eDiscovery and Project Management teams.
We also see the solicitor apprenticeship as an opportunity to improve the socio-economic diversity of the legal sector.
