AD Williams are one of largest groups of Accident Repair Centres in the UK, based around the South of England. We are a continually growing company and are committed about bringing the best possible candidates into the team - together, by sharing our values with you, we will grow and develop your skills to ensure you are highly trained, passionate about our work and achieve a quality repair every time. 

As part of our promise to you we will provide you with the support and mentoring you’ll need to succeed. After 3 months, we will provide you with a starter took-kit including some of the basic tools required for your career and will review your salary every 3 months to ensure we are paying you a competitive rate. 

When you enter the second year of your apprenticeship, if you need them and are proving yourself to be a valued and committed member of the team, we will fund your driving lessons.
