At ASK Italian our mission is simple, we want people to do more than eat Italian food, we want them to eat like an Italian – to enjoy the entire experience, escaping from the day to day, connecting with friends and family and of course enjoying great Italian food. Our ASK Italian Apprenticeship Programme will support you in your journey to climb that first rung of the management ladder and become a future leader in our business.

Open to both Front of House Team Members and Chefs you will achieve a Nationally Recognised Level 3 Apprenticeship certificate as either a Hospitality Supervisor or Senior Production Chef, taking you through to an Assistant Manager or Sous Chef role with us.
