You’ll need to be able to handle every call professionally, ask the right questions, listen for vital details and log information quickly and accurately. In our Police Control Room, you’ll be responsible for the deployment of police resources to live incidents.
In our Contact Management Centre, it will be your job to record detailed crime reports, file intelligence and manage other general enquiries.
