We currently offer a variety of apprenticeships across our business including: Level 3 Customer Service Specialist, IT Technical Sales, Data Technician, Accounts Assistant and Level 6 Digital and Technology Solutions Professional.
Our apprenticeships feature a blend of on-the-job work experience and off-the-job training, with lots of support from your colleagues and line manger. We enrol our early talent with a Foundations Programme. KCS new starters from all regions and different business areas, including apprentices, build on each core knowledge, values and skills, enabling you to increase your knowledge and demonstration of the required skills, and succeed in your role.
