We are a team of people who love and look after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world and our ambition is to be a charity for everyone, starting from our own employees. 

We’re looking for the next generation of Historic Royal Palaces’ employees to help look after these amazing palaces and to achieve our vision to be a Charity for Everyone.

We want to open the Heritage industry up to all, which is why our programmes invite applications from those without a degree education and only include L3 entry requirements when the standard dictates that.

Our programme combines educational training, on-the-job experience, support, and mentoring, we will pay you an attractive salary during your apprenticeship, and you will also learn from experienced colleagues to help you create the foundation for your future.

Must haves: 

• Eager to learn and have strong attention to detail.

• You must not have completed a degree or equivalent level qualification in the UK or elsewhere.

• You must be able to commute to your assigned place of work. 

• Must be able to commit to the full duration of the apprenticeship.
