About the Co-Op

At Co-op, we’re proud to do things differently. We’re owned by over 5 million members, and we give our profits back to them and their communities. Since 2016, our members have helped to raise £117 million, helping more than 7 million people across the UK. We exist to meet members’ needs and stand up for the things they believe in. Put simply, we’re here to do right by you.

We offer a range of apprenticeships, from LGV Driver to Solicitor programmes, all of which offer you the opportunity to earn while you learn and build a career in our unique business.
