You’ll work on both internal and client projects within teams ranging from 2 to 30+ members, gaining exposure to diverse industries. Projects are resourced nationally, so travel may be required. When not on a project, you'll be based at your home office.

Skill Development You'll develop core consulting skills through detailed analysis and making impactful business recommendations. This experience, paired with deep technical training and continuous learning opportunities, will prepare you to make a significant difference.

Comprehensive Training

Our tailored training covers:

- Consulting Skills

- Emerging Digital Tools and Technologies

These experiences and training opportunities will equip you with the capabilities to excel in your role.

What you'll gain

Programme Overview: Start with an inclusive and engaging induction that introduces our business operations and market approach. You'll develop the mindset, knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential for today's Consulting business.

Year 1: Internal Projects

Spend your first year on internal projects to understand how the Consulting business operates and to enhance your skills and industry knowledge.

Year 2: Client Exposure

In your second year, gain exposure to client work across various industries. Support client project teams with research, data collection and analysis, project management, and report writing. Benefit from on-the-job experience and expert coaching.

Qualifications Complete PwC’s Junior Management Consulting programme and a Level 4 apprenticeship, with our support for your studies while working with internal teams.

Career Progression After the scheme, you'll go through a promotion process to assess your eligibility for the Management Consulting graduate programme. If successful, you'll advance to the next stage of your career.

If you have any extenuating circumstances related to your exam marks or the sequencing of your exams, please declare this on your application and this will be considered as we review your application.
