About MHA

We are MHA, the UK independent member firm of Baker Tilly International, ranked 9th globally. The apprentices we take on at MHA are far, far beyond ‘good enough’. They’re people with outstanding promise who want to start work now.

The university experience isn’t for everyone – although many of our apprentices do go on to get a degree-level qualification. Choose an apprenticeship and you’re choosing a way to get valuable qualifications without running up student debt. Join MHA and you’ll enjoy a competitive salary, earning while you learn.

Every apprentice we hire needs the determination to fully qualify in five years or sooner. Through a combination of 2-4 years’ on-the-job training, practical real-world experience, and mentoring by senior professionals, you’ll work towards an internationally recognised accountancy or taxation qualification.

It’s the biggest head start you’ll ever get – many of our partners and senior people have risen through the firm’s ranks.
