About Siemens Mobility Professional Education (SMOPE)

Siemens Mobility Professional Education SMOPE ensures Siemens Mobility’s apprenticeship provision is compliant with Government rules and regulations. We ensure the quality of our apprentices' education by maintaining high standards, ensuring accuracy, and providing training and guidance to the business.

How the Programme Works

Whilst on the Apprenticeship you will be following an apprenticeship standard ST0070 Business Administrator.

The programme structure will be:

• Virtual Learning
• Working on real life projects while earning a formal qualification

Your Learning Experience

Your learning experience will consist of exposure to the following:

• Producing documents and process maps
• Ensuring document and data accuracy
• Create and maintain information accurately onto various IT platforms
• Scheduling meetings and preparing minutes
• Effectively liaising with internal and external customers through various communication methods in response to their queries
• Identifying and delivering process improvement initiatives improving customer experience and efficiencies
• Working within Government regulated guidelines and timeframes
• Administration support and project work involvement

Essential Skills and Attributes

We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:

• You will have achieved at least 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Maths and English Language
• Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and taking a creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; taking ownership of challenges and ideas and looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
