Discover EY – Women in Leadership – April 2025 intake
Programme overview
At EY, we're committed to offering opportunities for all. We live in a diverse world and believe our workplace should reflect this. We’ve designed a programme for students in Year 13/S6 (Scotland) and all university undergraduate years, that will give you the tools and experience to support you in your career journey.
The Women in Leadership programme is designed to support students to develop into the leaders of tomorrow in Assurance, Tax, Strategy and Transactions or Technology under the guidance of our empowered female colleagues.
What you will be doing
Over two days (one virtual and one in-person), you'll participate in exciting activities that give you a taste of life at EY. You will:
- Develop your professional skills and personal strengths – helping you propel your career into tomorrow.
- Explore your interests, network with senior female leaders and asking questions.
- Learn from extraordinary women who’ve carved inspirational careers, overcome challenges, and made a difference.
- Hear from our EY Women’s Network about the structured support, training and opportunities available for all our people.
- Gain insight into your chosen business area:
- Audit - go beyond studies and see how we work with clients from local start-ups to big multinational companies.
- Tax - hear how our apprentices and graduates are helping us to transform the world of Tax.
- Technology - explore an environment fuelled by our use of artificial intelligence, cyber security, data analytics and beyond. And develop an understanding of how your passion for technology can solve complex problems for some of the world’s biggest businesses.
Regardless of your chosen business area, our team is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way. You’ll get to prosper in an environment that enables you to learn, shape and grow.
And that’s not all — If you're in school, you could have the option to be fast-tracked onto a Business Apprenticeship, and if you're at university you could be fast-tracked onto a Summer Internship, Industrial Placement or Graduate programme. The opportunities here are endless.
Programme length
Two days: Wednesday 16 April - Thursday 17 April 2025.
Location
This is a hybrid programme — you'll participate virtually on day one and join us in one of our offices on day two across the UK: Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham or London.
*Please note you will be able to apply to any of our office locations, but we advise you to apply to the location where you would want to be employed in the future. You will then be invited to the in-person office event at one of the selected locations nearest to you. For the in-person event, EY will cover reasonable travel costs for you to get to the office. There are no overnight stays for these events, and we advise for you to only apply to locations that are within a comfortable commutable distance.
