We’re looking for people that are ready to dive headfirst into the world of Gas Installations. Age? Gender? Background? Just numbers and stories that make you, you. We’re here for your drive, your passion, and that fire in your eyes.

At our award-winning academies, you’ll absorb the wisdom, grasp the skills, and earn the qualifications to emerge as a top-tier Installations Engineer – a true household hero. Under the wing of our experienced engineers, you’ll soon learn how to deliver energy efficient solutions to our customers through installing or upgrading central heating systems.

Don’t be fooled, this isn’t your average gig; it’s a hands-dirty, heads-down role. But it is one like no other, where you’ll play a pivotal role in providing energy-efficient solutions that directly impact the lives of families every single day, ensuring their homes are warm and their kettles boiled.

We do have some requirements:

  • 4 GCSEs, ideally including Maths & English, at grade C/4 or above or a recognised equivalent
  • A genuine passion for learning a trade, striving for a successful career & providing awesome customer service
  • A full UK driving license with 6 points or less
  • Availability to attend training at our UK-wide academies, with provided accommodation and travel if needed.
  • Must be able to fulfil the physical requirements of the role, i.e. able to bend, stretch, kneel and crouch, as well as be comfortable working at height and in confined spaces – you’ll also be expected to carry heavy items such as radiators, boilers and other work related equipment.

  • £17,850 starting salary rising to £23,877 (week 52), £24,675 (week 70), on successful completion of apprenticeship scheme you'll move to £32,886
  • Once performing at the same level as a fully competent and capable Repair Engineer your salary will increase to £42,350
  • We also offer London Weighting Allowance ranging from £4000 to £6000 (dependent on location) for living or starting your day within London
  • An expensed electric van for you to use for work, including an EV charge point where applicable & charge card.

We’re a people place. That means we support all the different realities our people face, want evenings & weekends with your family, no problem! As an Installation Engineer, weekends are yours! Our rostered weeks are 40 hours on average, with the day generally starting somewhere between 07:00 and 08:00. You’ll operate across 8-hour days but may also do longer days during shorter weeks or longer days during periods of high seasonal demand.
