Our Access Engineering team are responsible for supporting the demand to delivery process, and developing strategies and innovative ideas. Grow your potential as a Business Analyst Apprentice and play an important role in shaping the future of mobile network access, all whilst earning £30,000!
Make things happen
As an apprentice, you’ll dive into the heart of mobile network operations, working closely with our engineering and business teams. You’ll support crucial projects, analyse performance data, and help streamline our access network processes to ensure millions of users stay seamlessly connected. Day-to-day, you could be:
- Unearthing valuable insights from network data, planning and delivery of our mobile network, tracking performance metrics, and creating reports that drive smarter decisions.
- Collaborating with engineering experts to identify trends, optimize network capacity, and enhance user experiences.
- Playing an active role in improving workflows and enhancing operational efficiency across our Access Engineering team.
- Being the bridge between business and technical teams, translating data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
Bring your authentic self
We’re looking for passionate, data-savvy problem solvers with a willingness to develop their knowledge in Mobile Networks. It’s important you can communicate effectively, as you’ll be collaborating with teams across the business. We’d also like to see good attention to detail. Applicants must have at least 5 GCSEs level 4-9, or equivalent, to be eligible for this scheme.

Enjoy a starting salary of £30,000 with the opportunity to increase at 12-months to £33,000. Final salaries start from £40,000 upon successful completion. What is involved with studying for an apprenticeship?
This apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to become skilled in your role, and combines on the job learning and academic study, where you’ll spend approximately 20% of your working hours completing learning with one of our training providers. At the end of the programme, you’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification.
