Entertainment Trials Analyst Level 3 Apprenticeship
Our Trials Analysts are the ones responsible for managing new features in our entertainment equipment and services through to our customers. Grow your potential as an Entertainment Trials Analyst Apprentice and join them in improving our entertainment offering for customers across the UK, all whilst earning £27,000!
Make things happen
We release new software releases every 6-weeks, but it’s important we know they work smoothly and effectively – that’s where you come in. As an apprentice, you will be a part of the team that handles the trial periods on our updates, making sure the quality meets expectations and delivering them to customers. You will plan and deliver technical trials in line with business requirements and solution designs, whilst meeting agreed SLAs. Day-to-day, you could be:
- Collaborating with trialists to set new tasks, answer any queries they may have and resolve any problems with equipment or software they’re reviewing
- Reviewing trialists tasks set previously, analysing results and presenting findings and feedback to key partners
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and objectives
Bring your authentic self
We’re looking for decisive individuals that are great team mates, happy to work with the wider team and other groups across the business. Good communication skills are important for this role, both written and verbal, as you’ll be producing written documents and leading on presentations. Other skills we’d like to see include:
- Basic Microsoft Suite skills
- Good attention to detail
- Basic analytical skills
With inclusivity at our hearts, we’re 100% committed to having a workforce that represents every part of our society, so we’re keen to hear from candidates of all backgrounds and circumstances. The only barrier to applying would be if you didn’t have the right to work in the UK and were unable to obtain it without our support.
What’s in it for you
We’ll offer a starting salary of £27,000 with the chance to increase this at 12-months to £30,000. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, final salaries start from £35,000. During the scheme, you’ll also work towards a level 3 business administration apprenticeship. Plus, you can enjoy all our amazing benefits, including:
- 25 days holiday, increasing to 28 days after 5 years
- Your birthday off
- Flexible benefits package including matching up to 10% of your pension contributions, medical plans, and buying and selling holiday
- Wide range of discounts on everything from days out to household bills
- ...and loads more!
What is involved with studying for an apprenticeship?
This apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to become skilled in your role, and combines on the job learning and academic study, where you’ll spend approximately 20% of your working hours completing learning with one of our training providers. At the end of the programme, you’ll receive a nationally recognised qualification.
