Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically within asset management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Apprenticeship Program within our Asset Management business.
You’ll get to:
- coordinate and facilitate client related items seeking to deliver a best in class client experience, using innovative approaches to identify client needs
- generate performance and risk reports
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
Your team
You’ll be working in one of the largest hedge funds and real estate investment managers in the world, one of the leading fund houses in Europe, and the largest mutual fund manager in Switzerland.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
- will complete their A-levels or equivalent by September 2025, achieving ABB along with GCSEs in English Language (grade 5 or above) and Mathematics (grade 6 or above)
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. You do need to have an interest in asset management and the financial industry. We’re keen to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

Your program
This apprenticeship will last 4 years. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.
You’ll begin with a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship, then progress onto a Level 6 Financial Services Professional apprenticeship.
It includes a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 and/or Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) qualification, which culminates in a BSc (Honours) Applied Finance degree.
