If you have an interest in business, excellent communication skills, a talent for logical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, our business Apprenticeships are for you.

As an Apprentice with the BMW Group, you’ll gain first-hand experience of all aspects of our support functions throughout the programme. Whether it’s ensuring and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction by working with our Finance, Business, or Sales and Marketing teams, there’s no shortage of opportunities available to learn, grow and develop through our business Apprenticeships. Studying at college one day a week and receiving customised support and guidance from our advisors, you’ll finish your Apprenticeship with a qualification ranging from Level 3 to Level 6, depending on which role you apply for.
