Our three-day Careers in Construction Programme introduces you to the world of the built environment. You’ll gain knowledge and skills to help build a rewarding and successful career.

With exposure to colleagues in business areas across Mace, the programme is a fantastic opportunity for you to experience our business first-hand. You’ll find out what it’s like to work with global experts in a business where innovation is at the heart of everything we do.

During the three days, you’ll:

• Gain valuable knowledge and insights
• Participate in workshops and presentations on our services
• Network and learn from current trainees
• Visit one of our project sites to enhance your understanding of our work
• Build your employability and confidence for your career
• Strengthen your application for one of our apprenticeships

This programme is open to all year 11 and 12 school or college students with a genuine interest in the built environment / construction industry.

You'll need at least five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English.

The programme will take place from Wednesday 16th July – Friday 18th July 2025 and will be delivered in person in London, Moorgate, with a site visit nearby. You'll need to be available for all three days and live within a reasonable travel distance to take part in the programme.

Lunch will be provided each day, and reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
