Programme Details
Programme duration: 18 months, starting in March 2025Job locations: London area, Leicestershire, Tyne & WearHours: 40 hrs a week for the first 6 months, 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Increasing to 42 hrs per week after 6 months which will include 1 weekend in 4Reward: £24,000 pa plus flexible benefits including company bonus, and the option to use your company van for personal use
Responsibilities
Providing in person customer service at a variety of business premises across the UKInstalling, diagnosing and repairing Britvic and Aqua Libra dispense equipmentEducating customers with knowledge of food hygiene responsibilities, and how to serve the very best drinks every timeWorking within a strict code of conduct, and adherence to all health & safety requirementsActing as a brand ambassador for Britvic’s products and innovations
Training and Development
Study for the L3 Drinks Dispense Technician qualification, delivered by Wolverhampton College as 8 x 1 week blocks of day releaseComprehensive Britvic training, as well as continuous on-going supportApplying everything you learn into real-world practise on the jobWider career development and coaching, and a comprehensive catalogue of optional learning modules
Requirements
Minimum level 4 GCSE in Maths and English GSCE (or equivalent)A full, valid UK driving licenseA logical approach to solving problems to the highest standard and service efficiencyAbility to build great relationships through a desire to meet and exceed customer service expectationsCuriosity to learn, and commitment to all aspects of study for the Level 3 qualificationCompetent to work with IT packages and tools

About the Role
You'll learn how to install, maintain and repair our soft drinks equipment. Your enthusiasm for our products will be a driving factor in your success in the apprenticeship. To succeed in this role, you’ll have a logical approach to solving problems, be good with your hands, but most importantly, get a real buzz out of helping people. No two days are the same, which means you’ll always be learning and finding new challenges to get stuck into.
As a Britvic Technical Service Apprentice, you’ll be a brand ambassador by delivering a simply brilliant first impression to our customers. Preparation and presentation are key to delivering a perfect visit that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations.

About You
- Minimum requirement for Level 4 Maths and English GSCE (C equivalent);
- A full, valid UK manual driving license;
- To be able to build memorable relationships;
- Adaptability for new daily challenges;
- Competent with using IT systems.
Your Key Responsibilities
- To install, diagnose and repair Britvic Dispense Microdosing and Aqua Libra equipment.
- Educate customers with the knowledge and understanding of food hygiene responsibilities and basic fault diagnosis to maximise equipment serve time.
- A Customer Centric mentality, delivering excellent customer service;
- All activities completed to standard, delivering a perfect serve every time;
- Number of repeat service calls reduced;
- Minimal service calls following installs;
- Diagnosis, repair and exchange of capital equipment;
- Site time reduction;
- Great Britvic Technician Audits – Health & Safety, preparation for work day/week etc.
