We’re currently recruiting for our Bright Futures Apprenticeship Programme and looking for those of you who are excited by a challenge and ready to make an impact to our business. If you’re self-motivated, curious, and determined then our Apprenticeship programme will empower you fulfil your potential.
Within this unique 2-year experience, you will complete the insurance operations practitioner programme to develop your knowledge of the financial services market. This apprenticeship provides you with the certificate in insurance (Cert CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute (Cert CII). You will complete a final rotation within our speciality underwriting teams where you will gain the knowledge to be an assistant underwriter.

What you can expect
- You will join our experienced teams who work with our brokers and customers to ensure their policy is exactly what they need and the risks they present are fairly evaluated.
- Your responsibilities will include processing customer renewals and keeping customer records updated through accurate data entry.
- You will prepare written responses and administer policies and premiums.
- You will process new business and support our underwriting teams.
What we need from you
We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time to become a qualified insurance professional, then that’s a real advantage.
- You will need GCSE Maths & English at (Grade C or level 4-9) or equivalent.
- You will need 96 UCAS points from A levels or equivalent qualifications.
