We’re currently recruiting for our Bright Futures Apprenticeship Programme and looking for those of you who are excited by a challenge and ready to make an impact to our business. If you’re self-motivated, curious, and determined then our Apprenticeship programme will empower you to fulfil your potential.

This unique two-year experience includes several rotations across our speciality lines business. To underpin your learning, you will complete the Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship to gain your Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) from the Chartered Institute for Insurance (CII).

You will join our experienced underwriting teams who work with our brokers and customers to ensure their policy is exactly what they need and the risks they present are fairly evaluated. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support on a portfolio of accounts to maximise revenue potential
  • Supporting underwriters to evaluate risks
  • Maintaining and updating records
  • Preparing documentation needed for underwriting decisions

What We’re Looking For

We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. If you have a zest for learning and a willingness to invest time to become a qualified insurance professional, then that’s an advantage.

You will need:

  • GCSE Maths & English at (Grade C or level 4-9) or equivalent
  • 96 UCAS points from A levels or equivalent qualifications
