What You'll Be Doing

• Digital Support: Keep the executive's calendar in check, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel plans using Outlook & Microsoft Teams. Make sure they have everything they need for meetings and send emails on their behalf.
• Meeting and Event Coordination: Organise virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams, set up agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Project Management: Help plan, coordinate, and execute business development and marketing projects using HubSpot and Canva. (Don’t worry we will teach you how!)
• Sales Research: Create lists of potential clients using Apollo. Schedule sales calls and manage the sales pipeline.
• Reports: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents. Do research and compile data for reports using PDF, PowerPoint, or business strategies.
• Client Management: Manage key contacts, ensure timely follow-ups, and build relationships using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Salary and Working Week

• Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.
• Working Week: 40 hours a week.
