Overview

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within the digital marketing field. As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in various digital marketing strategies and tactics while contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in creating and implementing marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
• Help develop engaging content for social media posts, blogs, products and newsletters.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website content.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and engagement.
• Assist in optimising website content for search engines and support paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Gather and analyse data from various digital marketing channels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
• Research industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and projects.

Entry Requirements

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
• You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
• If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
