Digital Support Apprenticeship - OCS Group

Be the go-to Person:

• You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in person, via email, and on the phone.
• Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between clients, management, and the supply chain.

Location:

42 Dryden Road, Bilston Industrial Estate, Loanhead, Midlothian, EH20 9LZ

Tech-Savvy Tasks:

• Get hands-on with our job booking system, Concept.
• You’ll log jobs, raise purchase orders, and become a superuser by the end of your apprenticeship.

Problem-Solving Pro:

• Provide digital support to Accounts Payable, resolving supplier invoice queries and ensuring the invoicing process runs like clockwork.

Project Powerhouse:

• Support the project team through estimating and tender processes, helping to deliver maintenance projects across the estate.

Efficiency Expert:

• Work proactively to reduce the current level and aging of delegated contract’s work-in-progress (WIP).
• Chase supplier invoices to ensure timely invoicing.

What you will bring to the table:

• PC skills – although these will be taught during your apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary:

£18,000 per annum.

Working week:

5 days a week, 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours a week.
